a blogger runs down the Kerry campaign troubled month of August

Here it is full of links. I think this guy is pro Bush, I haven't read anything else he has written, but he gives a good recap on a bad month for the donkey party. I saw tonight Drudge says Kerry and Clinton had a 90 minute phone call while Bill was in the hospital this weekend.

Then there is this written by Democrat campaign manager (for Dukakis) Susan Estrich. (when you hear her talk on TV she'll make you quit smoking, a very scary voice...anyway...)

It's gonna get nasty I think. Oh what's that you say it has been. Yea I think you're right. I think nasty business like this by Donkeys and Elephants turns off voters. I think the parties know that. I think they really don't want everybody to vote. They want their core believers to vote and turn off or disgust everybody else so much that they stay home.

In California Kerry is just about a sure thing to win anyway so your CA presidential vote doesn't really matter. That's why we don't see any ads except on national broadcast buys.

Here's something I found from "The Scotsman" online. Seems they sent a reporter to the USA to talk to the people and see what they really think of the election. His first stop was SF and Santa Cruz. he reports.
