I emailed AmphetaDesk for help and here is what they said:



The encoding you're using ("windows-1252") is not a required encoding

for XML parsers to support (only UTF-8 and -16 are). Since AmphetaDesk

doesn't ship with that encoding, it can't parse it. I'll be looking into this

for the next bugfix release.



Hmm who knew? Blogger Pro has an easy way to fix it so let's see if it works!
