Sunday I went to a wedding. Check this out. The bride Indian from Hong Kong. The groom Indian and Chinese from Hong Kong but living here. Not a big wedding, under 100 total, but it was really fun. The families had people from all over the world. It was wild! One of my radio buddies King Raffi was hired to be the dj and he did a great job. His company does lots of parties around the area and he worked out perfect. Did he play any songs I know? No not many. So what made it so much fun?



Well...



By far the highlight of the night was almost everyone dancing to Indian pop music like Daler Mehndi. The king of Bhangra. It was awesome. Did I know about Daler Mehndi before Sept. 7 2003? No.
