I was in Alameda today and bought a groovy WWII era mini cocktail set, the kind in a box you carry around. The shaker leaks, oh well I can fix it. The store had a new in box Pee Wee Herman ventriloquist doll. Pretty cool.
Anyway I picked up a flyer about these vintage movie weekends at the Alameda Naval Base at a restored art deco movie house. I had no idea it was there. Gonna check it out. The movies are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I already missed Citizen Kane in Dec. Here is a link and what's playing this weekend.
