Reminder:Sail-a-Small Boat Day is Saturday at the Richmond Yacht Club. Never sailed? Never been out on the water? Don't know how? Wanna check it out? Dress in layers and bring a camera. Everything else will be provided. You'll have a blast. The weather should be great, the Richmond harbor is a cool place, lots of historic stuff to see from the water, birds, seals, you never know. You will go out with the owner of the small (and safe) boat and they'll take you for a ride, show you how things work, answer lots of questions, whatever. You'll love it.

And it's FREE FREE FREE!

There is a lot of history in the area.

The "RYC" is really close to The Rosie The Riveter Park and the Shipyard Stories art project and the Red Oak Victory Ship
