But if you workout and used ephedrine for energy in an ECA stack, (I didn't I just use a "CA" stack, caffine and asprin) maybe this xenadrine stuff is for you. If you do work out (doing anything) you should use some kind of protein powder after the workout and I use it before I go to sleep to keep the protein levels high while sleeping. Andros? I don't use them but a lot of people (male AND female) do.
But what the hell do I know?!
