The staff (sales, airstaff, everybody) didn't know anything until they saw the ad in the morning paper last week. Oops. The management said the ad wasn't supposed to run until Sunday. Not sure if I believe that.
Friday was a bad day there.
My source thinks Air America paid big bucks to get their shows on 960 am. Clear Channel pocketed the cash and gave them the airtime. As far as my source knows no local shows, just the AA network.
Format changes are always a messy thing.
