Back when I used to follow baseball (not that long ago) I loved Giants guys like Jeff Leonard, Will Clark, and Jeff Kent. The fact that Kent rides motocross, well that makes me like him more.
Now the players are asses, drug use is widespread, the home run records are a joke, and the games take too long. But I still like Jeff Kent, even if he is a Dodger.
Kent signs two-year deal with Dodgers:
'Believe me, I think it's a great thing baseball knows it needs to have an even playing field. I hope they deal with it correctly because this is embarrassing.'
When I find out his number maybe I'll get his Dodger jersey and wear it around work just to piss off the KNBR'ers. Tee Hee Hee.
