When you go over the Dublin grade you can pick up KWOD, then of course better as you went east. Years ago (many) there were rumors of the KITS owner Entercom buying KWOD and taking advantage of the commute from the Sacto. area to the Bay Area and putting Alex Bennett on the air at both stations. I heard a deal was done, but never completed for many many years and only came together after various lawsuits, now Entercom's KWOD is the latest alternative/modern rock station to switch format.
