US Navy Ship Spotted In Cambodia

A U.S. Navy Sailor assigned to the guided-missile frigate USS Gary (FFG 51) hands out medical and dental supplies during a medical civic action program near Sihanoukville, Cambodia, Feb. 10, 2007. Gary is the first U.S. Navy ship to visit The Kingdom of Cambodia in 30 years. The frigate is forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan, as part of the U.S. 7th Fleet. Guided missile frigate USS Gary (FFG 51) Sailors hand out donated items from Project Handclasp to the 150 children at the Village D’enfants De Sihanoukville Orphanage during the ship’s third day in port. While in port, Gary Sailors are scheduled to conduct a variety of bi-lateral training and community relations activities in and around the city of Sihanoukville.
