U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Daniel McKittrick, a public affairs broadcaster assigned to Combined Task Force-Horn of Africa, celebrates with the local children before the Magu Water Dedication in Tanzania, Jan. 21. The Magu Water Project provides much needed clean drinking water to thousands of villagers in the Magu region of Tanzania and is a example of how Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa develops and nurtures partnerships to promote regional cooperation and create an environment for development. McKittrick is from Dublin, Va., and is deployed out of Altus Air Force Base, Okla.
