Spent the weekend at Clearlake CA. We have a family house up there. It was nice, the lake if full, lots of birds and wildlife coming out after the long winter. Saw some young elk in the hills east of Clearlake off Hy 20. Young elk with fuzzy little antlers. They probably weightd 400 lbs. Young fellas.



I had free tickets to see Dokken, Y&T, and Whitesnake at Konocti saturday night. It was outdoors and really cold. Left after Y&T. It was fun and free. Free is for me.



There is a big bass tournament there this coming weekend. The big national guys are all coming. Clearlake is doing pretty good these days, The fish are really plentiful and the air is clean. I always sleep well when up there.



The lesson of this little story: go away.
