LA Times writer sits and listens to Air America all day

For radio formats this new it always takes a bit of adjustment. But from friends sympathetic to their cause who listen I still don't hear much good about it. In this article it is noted that they mock Easter on the air. (The writer listened on Good Friday). Making fun of other religions isn't the fast track to popularity.

Now that they have been on the air for a few weeks, maybe it is time for a little adjustment in the on air attitude.

The disgraceful web response to being taken off the air shows that they seem to be taking it all as a goof. One friend of mine who wanted it to be really good is disappointed in how little content there is, too much yuk yuk. I haven't listened enough, as I can only listen online now. (Hmm still not on the air in SF? More money trouble? I dunno.)

Have a read at this from the LA Times:

The headline: All-left radio is lacking the right stuff for success.
