He qualified on the second row, and Friday night led during the first 15 or so laps. Later in the wild race the cars were running side by side in rows of 2 at about 190 mph, everybody gets tucked in tight. Lester was on the outside of row 2 right behind the leaders. The truck on the inside of row 1 got loose and took out the car next to him on the first row, then Lester was right there and couldn't do a thing and was smashed up into the outside wall and was done for the night. He was ok his truck was not. He finished 25th or something like that. It was a wild race to watch catch it on replay if you can.
He has a good Toyota truck and a good team, he should do well in 2005.
