My knee is killing me. Not when I move it but when I don't. If I am driving for more than an hour I get this really sharp pain under the knecap at the front. Tylenol helps, so does moving around. If I put my hand over my knee and flex it the pops and cracks are pretty gross.
I see knee doc Monday.
