Cumulus forms a new private group with investors to buy KFOG's owners.
Lots of coverage at Radio and Records and Google News on the Susquehanna Media sale. That includes KFOG KNBR KSAN (The Bone) KTCT (1050 am) and KFFG (97.7 KFOG's South Bay signal).
Can't add much more to the news. Locally maybe not too many changes, as the group buying us does not have management in place and the SF group is not overstaffed at all and (most important) is doing well.
But ya never know...
