I picked up the Iron Horse Regional Trail at Alamo Bikes and headed north. It's a great ride and on weekdays not too crowded. Did about 5 miles out then back in 50 minutes. Not bad.
As I was leaving Alamo Bikes the long time owner of El Sobrante Schwin pulled in. He is a good guy, I got my first and many and current bicycle from him.
2 good bike shops, and a good trail. If you go to Alamo bikes ask for Mike. He da man. He might even share the secret downhill trails in the east bay.
I had some Widespread Panic, Queen and De La Soul on the iPod. I swear the first De La record is perfect and an all time great.
